David VanDyke M.S., S.C.C.C, C.S.C.S
Director, Speed, Strength and Conditioning

David VanDyke is a graduate of Penn State University with both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Kinesiology. While completing his undergraduate work at Penn State, David performed an internship with the Texas A&M University's strength and conditioning program. While completing his master's degree at Penn State, David served as a Graduate Assistant for the football and boxing club strength and conditioning programs. Upon graduation from Penn State, David became the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At La Salle he oversaw the design and implementation of comprehensive year round strength and conditioning programs for La Salle University's 18 varsity sports. While in Philadelphia David volunteered with the Philadelphia Eagles strength and conditioning program during their off-season.

Nicholas Kolb C.S.C.S
Assistant Director, Speed Strength and Conditioning

Nick is a graduate of Hofstra University where he received a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. While completing his degree at Hofstra, Kolb served a 300 hour internship at Stony Brook, working with all 20 varsity sports. After graduating from Hofstra, Kolb was a full-time intern with the Minnesota Vikings where he aided in all aspects of its strength and conditioning program. After the NFL season, he assumed the role of Head Strength Coach for the Rhein Fire of NFL Europa in its final season. Kolb returned to Stony Brook in July of 2007 as its assistant strength coach before being promoted to his current role of Assistant Director of Speed, Strength and Conditioning.

Sarah Kearney
Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach

Sarah is a graduate of LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. As a student-athlete at LaSalle, Sarah worked with many of LaSalle's 18 varsity sports. After graduating from LaSalle, Kearney worked as a volunteer at Notre Dame and Princeton. Sarah then returned to Notre Dame as a full-time intern before moving to her most recent position at Penn State University where she assisted in the implementation of the strength and conditioning programs for Olympic sports.
